Based in Fullerton, CA, April spent 10 years teaching 2nd grade before becoming a full-time mom of two. April is a vibrant artist creating the most magical characters with each stroke of her brush. Using acrylic paint, watercolor, acrylic ink, and heavy gesso for texture, April mixes colors and gets lost in her work—Her big and little characters arrive seamlessly on the page. April has perfected her craft with her black and white ink drawings. Simply using black ink and a brush, April delivers the coolest and most unique character collages that will bring magic to any space.
